I want to change the default color temperature from 2800k to 5600k

I want to change the default values for the fixtures from 2800k to 5600k for all fixtures, how can i do this

do those fixtures have a native color temp parameter? if yes you can either edit the fixture personality in patch or record a home preset. if you want to use the gel picker and make it use a different base color temperature then your out of luck, sorry...
