12 reliable years are coming to an end and it is time to replace our old Insight II. Is the Ion the board for us? I understand an update is coming on the Ion in November that allows the sliders to function as the Insight sliders do (one of my favorite design features. I find it much easier to set the initial look on stage looking at the stage and pushing sliders instead of starring at a keypad for each light level)
