ETC Nomad malfunctioning

Hi All

When I plug my ETC Nomad into my PC it keeps coming up with a message saying this device malfunctioned when lasted used and ejects it from the PC.

Some times it will work and then just stop working and put me into offline and then the dongle won't be accepted by the PC

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Could be a problem with the USB port. They aren't designed for a lot of plugging and unplugging. See if it works with a different port. See if a USB drive behaves properly when inserted into the port.
Some people use a sacrificial hub or USB cable if they know they will be plugging and unplugging something a lot.
