2.5 Assert time on Subs with Channel Filter

Hi, 

Not tried at a desk yet but 2.5 looks great so far.

I found that when applying a channel filter over a live playing effect sub and asserting the sub it doesn't follow the assert time in set up.

I'd have thought it would.
