Fader Wing LCD lables not appearing

Hi ETC

3 times now when powering up, the 1st (leftmost, away from the console) wing fader LCD screen is not displaying its labels. The lables will appear when I shut down and re-boot. The screen has power (I can see a glow around the edges of the screen). The ETC logo doesn't appear during the power up either.

My board is set-up as 2x10, 2x20, 2x10, and the console, running 1.4.1

Thoughts?

What was the resolution to this problem with your fader wings? I have one doing the same thing with it operating the lights but no words on the display i.e. the etc logo on boot up and labels. Please and thank you.
