Fader Wing LCD lables not appearing

They are docked to the console on the Left.

FWIW, I have experienced the same problem with a 2x10 fader wing, also docked to the left of the console. ETC Support replaced my console and fader wing but the problem persists. The show file has the correct information but it is not consistently getting to the fader wing. It is intermittent, and fortunately rare.  A reboot can clear the problem.

What happens, in this circumstance, if you page away (using Fader Page) then page back? And the sub fader works regardless?

 Nothing Happens.  The screen is still lit around the edges (under the metal faceplate), but re-freshing the graphic (by swapping pages, or running submasters up and down) doesn't bring the screen to life.

 

Yes the subs do work.  Lights come up and down.
