ion A/B-Faders

Hi.

I'm new to this forum and to the ion console.

I've to operate the console in a concert hall. Our usual operations are one cue-List with defined fade-times. Now an external operator likes run the fade manually with the A/B-Faders. But can't get 'em working.

I set the Cue-Fadetime to manual. (I typed: Cue1 TIME {manual})

(Cue1 LOAD)

but nothing changes when movig the faders. In the Sequence-Settings I tried to set to I-Master and manual

How, can I get it working?

BTW: We don't have a Faderwing.

there are two different manual ways:
one: Cue 1 Time Manual Enter. you have to press Go to start the fade and after you started it with Go, you can control this one fade with the faders.
two: you set the whole Cue List to Manual. what you should see now is that everytime you move the faders away from and end, it will start a new cue. if you already have your cuelist loaded and change the setting you might have to unload and re-load the list: Shift+Load to unload. Cue 1 / Load to re-load.

I'll try this tomorrow. I didn't unload the cuelist after the changes, to do this might be the solution.
