Christie Roaster HD20K J Series

We are looking to control just our Christie shutter with out Eos Family of Consoles. The Hippo will do the rest, manipulating just the shutter channel without the fixture patched does not work. Any thoughts on how we can just control the shutter from the console and leave the rest unpatched?

Hello!

How are you going about manipulating the shutter channel? Do you have it patched as a dimmer?
Looking at the manual it appears that based on the mode of the projector you may need to engage more than one address to get the shutter to work (such as shutter speed) so you may need to have more than one address of control.

Thanks Sasha. We did patch it as a dimmer. We parked on the first channel and the forth as well. That solved our problem.
