Minor bugs: effect on a preset; emergency mark; mini playback display

1. Recording an effect to a preset that already has an effect doesn't work as expected

I recorded Effect as a step-based effect with the bounce attribute. Then I recorded that into Preset 1. Then I changed Effect 1 to be forward. When I run it, it runs the effect forward, as expected. Then when I re-record that effect into Preset 1 (or update Preset 1), it changes back to bounce.

See attached file.

2. Bug: Emergency Mark doesn't do anything

If set to Earliest, {Emergency Mark} will set the mark flag on the earliest cue after the cue which

fades the intensity out for the selected channel.

If set to Latest, {Emergency Mark} will not set a mark flag. It will instead create a broken mark,

which will display an x in the previous cue in the Playback Status Display.

When I set Emergency Mark to Earliest, it always creates a broken mark,

which will display an x in the previous cue in the Playback Status Display.

3. Bug: Master playback display disappears

Sometimes the master fader playback display in the bottom center of the screen isn't there. Expanding and collapsing the CIA will bring it back.
