Problem installing Pixelmapping support files on Windows 10

I'm trying to install ETC_EosFamily_PixelMapping_v1.0.1.9.0.15 on my primary computer (running Windows 10). I extracted the .zip file to the hard drive and double-clicked on the .exe file. It starts to install and then says:

InstallShield encountered a drive detection error and is unable to proceed. (Item reference: RND 0013263)

I was able to install the software with no problems on 2 of my other computers.  As near as I can tell, all it does is add media content to a folder on my hard drive.

Why is it doing this? How do I fix it?

Is there more to this file than just media content?

If it's just media content, what if I just copy the media content straight from one of my computers where the installation succeeded and not even bother with trying to install the .exe on the primary computer?
