Nomad Dongle Serial Number

Hi I'm looking at upgrading my Nomad dongle and obviously I need the serial number and ID to do so.

I don't have the tag any more which had it written on so I was wondering if there was another way to find out what it is?  Iv noticed that on the dongle itself there are a few lines of numbers, is this the serial number and ID?

    Hi Matt,

     

    depending on how your ETCNomad Dongle was created, we may be able to upgrade using

    only the (dongle) console ID. The (dongle) console ID can be found in the Eos Software->Shell->Settings->Maintenance->Upgrade Console.

     

    Send that to your dealer, and then they should be able to get you an upgrade code.

     

    The numbers on the dongle itself are just the model of that dongle and won't help identify serial number or

    console id.
