try to do a absolute FX - something fishy

Heyho,

i try to do a Absolute FX with LED's (3ch) on v2.5

I try to do something like a meter.

i have 17 Units

7 for green

5 for yellow

3 for red

i wrote for each color and group a color-palett. means CP1: 7units green FULL; CP2 5units yellow FULL; CP3 3units red FULL

The steps are as following:

Step1 time9 dwell9 CP1

Step2 time5 dwell5 CP2

Step3 time3 dwell0 CP3

CycleTime 17

Duration 1

Entry/Exit 0

Attributes Forward

Now comes the fishy part.

if i start the FX on all units mostly all Green is allready @FULL only the First unit is fading. But Why the first?

While the First is fading up, the Yellow is fadding up. Direction is correct.

Then there is Delay... and Finaly Red is Fadding up. Direction is also correct.

Why is the FX start so messed up?

And how can i add a smothe delayed fadeout? ... It's a meter anyway. So Red comes first, then Yellow and then Green...

I allready made it as a StepBased FX and it works. But i want to make it as Absolute work as well.
