Etc Nomad's fixture library

Hi! I've been through a few messages here & on the ControlBooth, but still haven't found an answer. When I go to the patch, set a channel's number & try to choose fixture type I see a blank manufacture fixture's list. I've tried to re-instal Etc Nomad, then downloaded the last version of library separately & installed it. In the Settings -> General there is an infromation about succesful installation of latest version of the library. But there is still no chance to find any fixture template.

P.S. There is Win 10 x86 OS.

Are you installing it and running as the same user?

The fixture libraries are saved to %LOCALAPPDATA%\ETC\Eos, so if you're installing as administrator and running as some other user then the libraries won't be found.

Yes, it's been installed as administrator & I use it by administrator profile.
I also have a FixtureLibrary folder in the same place you've described.

Try installing as your regular administrator user (i.e., don't install as administrator, but on an your normal administrative account). If you install as administrator, it is going to put it in the admin user's appdata.

If it still is not working, send logs after launching, seeing no fixtures, and exiting to eos@etcconnect.com and include a link to this forum post so we can match things up.
