Automark does weird things

What you see is not an effect of the Automark function. But yes, it's connected to the L.
Automark will not make the console ignore moves you programmed, it will rather secretly add helpful ones. So what you see happening is a move someone actually programmed. You can tell because in the Live display while the light moves you can see light blue parameters for that channel. Blue is for moves someone actually recorded, if it were a mark it would be written in green.

To make a long story short: you need to get rid of the move. You can do it either from Live or Blind. When sitting in the cue with the L, select the channel and type At Enter, Out. If you're in Blind you're done, in Live you will have to Update.

There are no blue parameters while I run that cue. While it fades down the intensity numbers are green (and it moves) and then it changes to MK and moves to the right position in dark. Bit it seems to go to homeposition. Could I have programmed it in homeposition in that black cue perhaps?

Yes, the intensity should be green as it's moving downwards, but the non-intensity-parameters should be blue. Depending on the format of your live display that should be either one or multiple plus sights below the intens or if you have a table format, numbers to the right of the intensity.
It actually doesn't matter where you're fixtures go to in that unwanted move, At Enter Out should help (followed by update, if done in Live).
