Programming Wing keys

My Programming Wing has arrived with the keys 8 and 9 the wrong way round on the keypad. (The sequence runs 7,9,8)

Is it just a question of popping the keys off and swapping them over, or does this need to be done by the manufacturer.

Yes and no - the style of keys can require a bit of finesse. There's a document that describes it on our website here: www.etcconnect.com/.../Gio Keycap Upgrade Kit 4240M2300 RevA.pdf

If this is new from the factory, we'd also love to get this into our quality system - if you could call your local ETC office with the wing serial number, we can make our quality team aware of the issue. We can also answer any questions about that process you might have.
