How can I program a show to run cues independently and loop until manually stopped?

You can either make a link/loop and have the cues trigger each other with follows, or you can use any number of show control options including the real-time clock.  It all depends on what you're trying to do exactly.  There's info about both of these options in the manual.  Post back if you have more questions.
