More universes

So I have a Ion lighting consol and I've used up the two universe outputs on the desk, what's the easiest way to get more universes?

    There are actually some questions to be answered:

    Does your license allow for more outputs? There is a license connected to your Ion that days how many DMX addresses can be output. To find out, with an empty command line press About. Find the line "Addresses: x of y". Y is your license. If you don't have any more space in your license you need to upgrade that first. Contact your ETC dealer for an offer.

    Regarding hardware:
    You can use additional outputs through networked nodes or with gadgets. You can use anything that understands ArtNet or sACN.
    If you want to use the ETC Gadget (USB -> 2x DMX) your Ion needs to run on Win7 (2 network ports at the back).
