Feature Request -P/T Encoders

I like having the dedicated Pan and Tilt encoders on our Eos Ti. It is quite helpful for moving fixtures. However our light plot has more non moving LED fixtures than moving ones. I think it would be helpful for fixtures that do not have Pan and Tilt parameters, to utilize the P/T encoders for Hue/Saturation. Maybe set in patch? Maybe even to the extreme allow the encoders to be set for each fixture type....

Being able to customize encoder order by fixture type would be a fantastic feature. As would being able to rearrange the order of parameters when viewing channels in table view, or in ML controls.
