I usually break the fixture profile into a Parent with all the pan/tilt generic stuff in it and then children for all the individual pixels. That way you can use it at a single source or run fx through it. I would also usually build a pixel map of the pixels and a magic sheet of the pixels so I can easily run content through them or normal fx depending on the look I'm going for.
