The past 8 or so power-ons have frozen while booting up. They didn't get any farther than one monitor showing the grayish screen but no ETC, Logos, etc. ever appeared. One time it did freeze on the ETC logo. To fix it I hold the power button down until it shuts off then when powering on the second time it boots and does not give a "did not shut down properly" error; didn't boot far enough for that in the freeze.
I know this is most likely a phone call but wondered if this is an old or known issue and if there are any suggestions. It happened once before updating to the most current software then after it as well. It does not happen every time. Seems to be every other time after a proper shut down.
The only thing connected to the usb ports is one touch screen monitor and a wireless mouse dongle. These have been connected for quite some time. This is a sudden new issue.
