Fader wing freez on ION

Hi there,

yesterday during a life busking show the 2 x 20 fader wing in our ION froze 2x. connected via USB, version 2.5.1 pulling the power on the faderwing and rebooting the wing seemed to fix it.

I have the error log file attached.

Anything further on this. Just had my 2x10 wing freeze this afternoon. Also noticed twice the whole fader wing go blank and go back to normal. Running 2.6 on IonClassic.

Hello,

I"m sorry that we failed to see this message back in April. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Looking at LXviking's logs we dont see any real clues- simply that the wing disconnected and then reconnected 4/236 @19:05. Are you the same person/site with different user names?
Are you using the factory supplied power cable? Have you tried swapping out the USB cable?
Is the USB connector on your wing orange or black?
