Hi..
I want to update my ELEMENT console to the latest version. It's not the first time I update the board and never had any problem. But now, when I go to update, it says no installer found.... Here what I do:
1) Download the file from the website and put the ETC_EosFamily_v2.5.1.9.0.29.exe file on a USB Drive (In the "Update" Folder)
2) Plug the USB drive to the board
3) Go in Settings General and Click software update. It does not find the file.
Anything I'm doing wrong? also FYI, this USB drive is the same one I use to save all my show files. So the board read/write it without any problem.
