This basically depends on how the manufacturer has set this up.

Ion. The fixture is pretty new. I'm up to date on the software and fixture updates.

It's a kino 450. It's a celeb with rgb. The cct has changed due to the added rgb range. The old kino celeb 401 was 2900k to 6500k from what I can remember. I'm not in front of my console at the moment.

according to www.kinoflo.com/.../Celeb 250 450 450Q DMX Mapping.pdf the range stayed the same in White Mode, but changed in all other modes.
if you edit the personality and find the parameter for the color temp, select it and click the softkey Ranges. there you should see 6500 in the UserMax column. replace it with 9900
