Touchscreen Monitors Swapped

I recently started using the Eos Ion lighting panel with two touchscreen monitors. However, when I touch my finger on one of the monitors, the touch or click is recognized on the opposite side. For example, on my right monitor, I have my map and I can click on certain lights with the mouse. However, when I try to click on a light with my finger on the touchscreen, the click registers on the other monitor on the other side in the same place. Is there any way to fix this? Please let me know if the problem needs further explanation or a video of the problem. Thank you!

  • this could be a symptom of different things. the simplest one is that you need to map the touch events to the actual display. since the touch signals come through a different cable than the picture information, there is no way for the console of knowing which usb and vga/dvi cable belong together.
you can do this in the shell > settings > general > monitor arrangement. click the symbol of the display you want to change mapping at and click the "configure" button (sorry, not too sure about its exact name). instructions follow on the screen. you will need an external keyboard to do that because you need its Enter key.

it could also mean that your touch displays are incompatible with your Ion hardware version. so if above method doesn't work, tell us how many network connector and which display connectors your ion has at the back and what make and models your monitors are.
