LED Par not working

Hello Everyone,

I've got a rig of LED pars in our foyer, I know they are working as they work through the old operating system (Avo Titan).

However, I cannot get the LED pars to work under any fixture profile including the generic and manufacturer specific (3 channels).

Has anyone got any ideas why could be causing the issue? I have LED pendants working so I know DMX is fine

A few things to try: Make sure the fixtures are set to the correct DMX address that matches what your controller is set for. How many addresses do your fixtures have? Maybe 4 or more? R,G,B and Intensity. Intensity channel could be turned down not lighting the fixture.

Adam,

Eos creates an intensity parameter even when the fixture doesn't have one built in. Also most profiles have a default or 'home' color of white, so that raising the intensity will get you light. If RGB are all at 0 then you have the color black! And as Colin says, leaving the intensity down matters too.
