FX Rate Fader for Manual Data?

Is it possible for a fader to be configured as a FX Rate fader for manual data, or is it limited to sub-based and cue-based effects only?

 

For example: busking a show live and I've got several different groups of fixtures in several different effects. Song slows down and I want to be able to pull the rate back of everything at once.

    that is currently not possible. you might be able to build a macro that grabs all running effects in the command line and then you can use the rate encoder of the ESD. but that will of course create manual data

    Do you have the syntax for grabbing all running effects at once? I can't seem to figure out how to grab more than one at a time.

    i'm afraid i can't find a macro syntax either. i can select more than one (the highlighted rows in ESD only show one selection, but the syntax works for all), but i can't figure out how to automize that.
    Effect 1 + 915 + 916 Rate 30 Enter works, but a range wants to select everything in between and throws an error...
