Running Ion, (About says version 1.4 Patch 1.0 GA Build 80, Shell says XPE 1.3.0.9.0.3 and Shell 1.4.0.9.0.17)
When I go to Deep Clear, the error message says that it failed to purge all sections, please reboot and try again. I did this, and the same error message came up. Tried to Deep Clear again (to quote exactly the message for this email) and the Deep Clear worked.
(whenever you call the maintenance department, the damn thing works. . . )
