To whom it may concern,
I recently purchased a Channel Upgrade for our Nomad Dongle. We have the proper codes, but I went to upgrade the dongle and the instructions both online and in the forums do not seem to be fully accurate. Both of them say to go to "Upgrade Console" from the Maintenance window. This button is not present in Nomad for Mac. Is there another way to do that update? Can I do it on a console?
