Updating a Net 3 Gateway to v7.0.0.9.11

In the documentation section for Gateways on etcconnect.com I found release notes that say the current software version for a Net 3 Gateway is v7.0.0.9.11. So I downloaded the updates for Net3 Concert (v2.02) and UpdaterAtor (v5.1.0) and installed them on our Eos Classic which at the time was running Eos v2.5.2. I ran UpdaterAtor and the latest version of the software for Gateways that it had for loading was 6.0.1.9.0.4. I have since updated the Eos Classic to Eos v2.6 and tried this again with the same result. Am I missing something? How do I update the Gateways to v7.0.0.9.0.11?

Hi Steve,

Installing UpdaterAtor v5.1.0 does not install the current firmwares into the console. After installing UpdaterAtor you need to be connected to the internet and press Download latest softwares.

Naturally you shouldn't connect your console to the internet so you need to run UpdaterAtor on a PC connected to the internet, download all current software and then there is a function SAVE for Console and then that file you can install onto the console and it unpacks all the current softwares for ETC products to be used by UpdaterAtor on the console.
