I heard Eos will work with touchscreens, anyone tried it yet? If so which one do you have, it is useful? My co. is thinking about purchasing some for us.
Eos will work with all Elo touchscreens. I believe that most people find the 19" version the most useful, and in fact if you are interested ETC now offers thier own 19" touchscreen.
Correction: Eos does not work with ALL Elo Touchscreens.
There are a few Elo Touchscreens which we recommend to use with Eos.
But yes its true - ETC now has its own 19" Touchscreen for Eos, Ion, Congo, Congo Jr Consoles.

The unit is a black 19-inch medical LCD desktop touch monitor with adjustable stand. It has a resolution of 1280 x 1024 and accepts both DVI and sVGA inputs.
Having used EOS with a touch screen and ION without I can vouch for the advantage of touch screens. They make things quicker and easier when learning the desk I feel. Having used then for the first time at a recent trainers training session I found them quick to get into and operate. Its a personal thing but if you have the chance and budget to get definately do. You won't regeret it.
I can definitely see the advantage with Ion, but I'm not sure I'd want to use touchscreens (additional touchscreens, that is) with Eos. I think you might run out of space within arms reach.
