Minor bugs in 2.6 - macro selection, printing cues, interpolate curve

1. Clicking or double-clicking on a macro in the macro editor does nothing. It used to be that I could double-click on a macro to select it.

2. Printing cues only to file results in no cues printed.

Steps to reproduce:

Print to file

Deselect all

Select cues

Confirm all

No cues are printed.

3. In curve editor, the "stepped" softkey interpolates and the "interpolate" softkey makes it stepped.

This is a bug from before.
