I don't have a Windows based laptop available to download Concert onto. The description says Concert can be accessed directly from the console but I don't know how to do that. I do know how to download the software, just not how to get to it after I do.

after you have downloaded the current Concert v2.0.2 Software from our Website, please unpack
it to the root directory of a USB Memory Stick, insert the USB Memory Stick in the Ion console and then navigate
in the Shell->Settings->General Tab-> and click Software Update.
Concert Software will be installed just like an Eos Software Update on the Console. Once that is finished
installing, it may or may not ask to restart the console, depending on various factors in that console.
Once the console has restarted or finished installing, then navigate
in the Shell->Settigns->Maintenance Tab and click on the ca. 10th button on the left "Net3 Concert":
This will open the Concert Software and allow you to use it for Network configuration through the console.
