aRFR issue

My android phone had the old aRFR version for Congo installed.  It updated automatically to the new version last week which is fine as I am now using Eos.  The new app started working fine but after a while all I could do was access the Cuelist.  I uninstalled the app and re-installed it and it stared working fine with all options available (keypad, moving light control etc) but after a while the same thing happens ie all I am left with is the Cuelist.

Any ideas?

I am using android 7.0 and the latest update of Eos.

Thanks,
Orri

  • Bumping this. I have the same issue.

You should be able to temporarily fix it by connecting to the "real" internet wifi and restarting the app, but eventually it will forget that you have the full version after you've been connected to your lighting network for a little while.

This seems like bug to me?
  • The original intent was that you'd connect to the internet and open the app *once* and it would validate that you had the paid version. You should only have to be connected to the internet after an install/reinstall, and of course when you make the initial purchase. I've written up SCR 0043210 to track this.

    Thanks for the bug report!
