These are moded parameters- so you may need to change modes and then rotate the encoder to get access to them. Press and hold the encoder then tap the mode softkey. If this still doesn't work please let us know.

Thanks. That helped with the strobe, but the color effect macros don't do what I believe they should. I can cycle through manually, but there is no effect seen.

If you manipulate that address directly (so in live {Address}[x] [at][y][enter] where x is the color macro channel and y is a level you know should create a change) then does it work? If not, we might have a fixture problem rather than a profile problem.
