Nomad on Mac - Ever-Present Magic Sheet Media

Nomad on my Mac seems to be really fond of the magic sheet media in one certain bloated showfile and is infecting every single showfile it touches with all of the media from this one showfile regardless of whether or not I've opened the file recently, if the file is in the same directory, or even if the file is in the ShowArchive at all.  It's like magic sheet media herpes.  Is this intended behavior?

 

On a related note, is it possible to delete all of the magic sheet media in a showfile at once, instead of doing it one by one?  At this point it's taking me like half an hour to clear out all of this crap.  And then I forget about it, and it's all back when I open the showfile a couple of days later.

  • do you use Merge a lot? when merging Patch or Fixtures or Magic Sheets the magic sheet media comes across...

    No merging here. I'm starting a show file for the next show, so all that I've done is move the current show's file off of my thumb drive, open it, delete all the show specific stuff and saved it as a new file. I'm mostly sure that the file I started with doesn't have this whole mess in it because I had to clear it all out twice during pre-production. There is a file that I'll merge color palettes and some channels from for most shows, but I'm pretty sure that I've purged all of this media out since I merged from it last and it's since wormed its way back in.

    I'll confirm when I'm back at the desk tomorrow. Though now that I've opened Nomad back up again I've found some fixture profiles that were definitely not in the show file yesterday...
