Flicker (Random) Effect

Is it possible to add a real random effect, no handwritten curves! For my next production I must go back to transtechnik NTX, because ETC is not able to support flicker effects, e.g. candle like flickering.

Attached is a flicker effect (effect 1). Just adjust the background value and the rate and size in the Effect Status Display as need.

This is very simple and I use this on a range of things, Candles, Lightning, TV flickers.

and you can even tell the console in what range the rate should be randomly varied. defafult is between rate 50 and 150.

Hi Nick. I'd love to see the file your sent, but I can't open .esf. Could you make it into a pdf or some such and resend? I'd much appreciate it!

.esf is an Eos Show File. You can open it in Nomad offline on mac or pc or on an EOS family console. Making a pdf out of it sort of destroys sharing a flicker fx in a show file.
