you say which fixtures you need, you post a link to the online manual and you say by when you need them. regular turn-around is two weeks. sometimes it goes a bit quicker if with a fixture with different modes you tell them which mode your particularly looking for.
The manual for the fixture you want them to do the setup for - they expect you to do the google search and find the right one for your fixture and then they will do the hard bit and build the config for you.
