Fixture Profiles please.

Mode 1 for the Robe Mega pointie please and Martin only has one mode*

Just flagging this up for you in case you've not noticed. But those fixtures are 40 DMX channel ones, and unless you are only going to use a relatively few lights or you've got a high licence count on your desk, you are going to be out of addresses pretty quick.

What does as soon as possible mean to you? Is two weeks ok? Two weeks is the average.

As soon as you can get it done, 2 weeks is fine for me if it takes you 2 two weeks.

Thank you. Two weeks is our average. We get hundreds of requests, and sometime people need things quickly and we can expedite, but if things are not needed quickly it helps us to have a longer timeline. For this reason we generally ask that a needed by date is provided. This means if I get 5 requests today and some are not needed for 3 weeks we can focus on those needed more quickly and get them done.

I appreciate your response and flexibility and we will have these done in about two weeks.

How do I download them once they have been created?

You will find them on the landing pages for the consoles- so for example : www.etcconnect.com/.../Software.aspx

You will need to make sure you are running the latest software before installing, since the patch is designed for that software version.
You download onto a USB and take that to the console to update.
