New iRFR App not working.

We are having problems getting the new iRFR app to work. The old classic one works fine but the new one with the same settings doesn't seem to attempt to even connect. It just says console disconnected even though it never tried to connect. 

We have updated our Ion Console to the latest software version after reading that the older version didn't work with it.

Anyone have a solution?

    I have seen some users with the new app working in Landscape orientation have issues. This is because in that orientation, after entering the console information, the "Create" button doesn't appear. Are you working this way? If so, can you please flip to Portrait for a moment so you can click "create" after adding console data? This should then allow a connection to occur.
