Hi, I am brand new to the Eos family and have been trying some Pixelmapping with the virtual media server on the nomad.
I ran the etc pixelmapp installer and I see the contents of the folders in the ML controls but all the .gif and the .mov wont show me the thumbnails and if I send them to my pixelmap, the pix preview shows a red backgrond with the text "Movie Support Not Installed" (see attached photo
any one experienced this??
