updating fixture library

Does updating the ION software include an update to the fixture library or do I have to update the library separately?

Yes, it updates the fixture library to the version that was current when we released the software update to the public. 
 
Every few weeks or so we publish a new library update to the website, and those aren't included in the software updates until the next general release. (That is, the installer we post on the website doesn't keep changing - the version 2.6.1 installer always puts the same library on the desk, and then you can put fixture library updates on top of that).
