System clock bug? 2.6.1

Running 2.6.1 and when I update the time in the shell it now requests a reboot where I do not remember that happening before. After reboot the clock change does not stick. Have attempted numerous trys. This is on an EOS Classic.

would you happen to have a time server in your network (paradigm comes to mind)? check if it's activated in the shell > settings > network (all the way at the bottom).

Good thought. We just upgraded to a Paradigm. I will check that thanks!
