Greetings,
Our venue switched and gave us Android tablets to use with the RFR. For some reason every day or so, the software kicks us out from full version and needs to check the internet in order to unlock. What is causing this? I never had this on the iPad version. It is a huge pain as the lighting system is not connected to the internet, so I need to go in every time and change the network so the app can unlock the full version.
