Hey gang,
I have just updated the OS on one of our Ion consoles to the latest version: 2.6.2.9.0.11
I have no issues connecting iPad and iPhone to the console. However, I am not able to get the client software on my MacBook Pro to sync with the console. The Mac is able to see the console and it does try to sync, but it just keeps "failing". I checked the Settings screen of the Eos software on my Mac. It seems to be installing version: 2.6.1.9.0.6 even though I have downloaded the file for Mac 2.6.2.9.0.11.
Anyone have any ideas what is going on with this? Is the only way to solve this to go backwards to 2.6.1.x on the console so they match again?
