Macro for clearing parked addresses

Hi etc brain.

 I would like to write a macro that clears out Parked Addresses and restores it to the house park settings.

I have done this with the channels (Park Enter Live 76 Full Park Enter Clr_Command) where 76 is the house lights/aisle lights that I want parked. The first Park Enter clears any channels parked during the show, and the rest restores to the channel I want to be parked.

However, I can't do this with addresses.  From Live, Address Park gives me an error code before I can hit Enter.  I can clear a specific address from live, but not any and all addresses sight unseen.  The manual (1.4) states I should be able to clear all parked addresses by {SK} Address Park Enter.  I get the BEEP right between Park and Enter.

  I'm running  version 1.4.1.

I'm trying this because parked information doesn't re-load or clear with loading a show, so if I re-load a preset room patch after an event, any channels or addresses parked during that event will remain parked.

 Any brilliant Ideas?

  • Andrew, there appears to be a hole in our unparking logic where addresses are concerned.  Will get this to the developers to get addressed shortly. (sorry about that).  In the meantime, you need to know the addresses that you want to unpark, so you can build a macro that way.

    FYI, we pulled the park buffer out of the show file store/load data by popular demand.....
