I finally got the most recent driver to load, and got an error message for the most recent recommended driver (High Speed Pipe). The version is dated 2015. I downloaded and installed it manually from the file when the installer failed. The white USB tag that came with the Gadget package would not load at first, and following a call to support I ended up doing the download.
