I am running Nomad 512 on my laptop. Randomly the dongle becomes no longer recognizable by my laptop. It locks up the program until I unplug it. When I attempt to plug it in, I get an error message saying USB device has malfunctioned. After several plugging in and unplugging I can get it to respond for a short time before cutting out again.
Thoughts on the cause and what I need to do to fix this issue?
