Can I make Parameters Alternate when i'm on a cue?

So, I have four LED heads mounted on a pipe. If I want Cue 2 to switch the colour of those lights back and forth, can I do that and if so how?

For example:

Cue 1 Turns four LED lights on to Red

Cue 2 Turns those lights Blue

Can Cue 3 Alternate Between Blue and Red without any input from the user?
