Ion - display bug in switching monitor from portrait to landscape

Ion running 2.6.2 with two HP touchscreen monitors attached, both 1920x1080 resolution. Monitor A is in landscape, monitor B is in portrait.

Monitor B is primary (displays the shell on boot up).

After changing monitor B from portrait to landscape via the monitor arrangement window, the orientation changes on the monitor but the shell window is still sized for portrait mode. As a result,  the monitor arrangement window is centered in the shell window and cut off by the bottom of the monitor so there is no way to mouse down to the "Accept" button in the monitor arrangement window.

If the monitor arrangement window was able to be dragged around, then it would be possible to drag it higher to access all of the controls.
