Philips SL Bar 640 Personality Strobe Control

I seem to have an issue with the personality for a Philips SL Bar 640.  I have control of almost all the functions, but I don't have any range control over the strobe function.  I just get a button for each strobe function but no speed control.  Am I misunderstanding how to use it or does the personality need work?

    i checked in the mode HSIC 1 Grp. i guess from how you described it that you're using the ML Controls tab? to the left of the strobe buttons you should see a ribbon encoder for Shutter Strobe. if you don't see it there you are not using the latest software (2.6.2), but you can get the encoder by clicking the header above the strobe buttons, where it says Shutter Strobe :: Open.
